About me

Adrienne is General Manager, NZ at ISCA and Director, Business Advisory at Cupola – a boutique consultancy practice. She’s also a foundational member of Infrastructure NZs WIN Advisory Board and a trustee on the board of Diversity Works (the old EEO Trust). A lawyer by training she started her career in professional services (Chapman Tripp, Wellington), and then moved inhouse. She’s held senior executive roles at Waste Management, Carter Holt Harvey and Downer New Zealand. More recently she was GM Corporate Services at public sector Water utility Watercare leading a team of 80 staff across a range of business support portfolios: People & Capability, Health & Safety, IT, Facilities & Legal. She’s a great believer in the need for people centricity lense being applied right across the business and sees EX and CX as having many parallels. She’s been involved in a number of campaigns geared at attracting talent to the construction/infrastructure industry including ATEEDs #BuildAKL campaign, the Connexis Girls with Hi-Vis campaign and the amazing work WIN has been doing over the last couple of years to grow a network of women in infrastructure. She’s an advocate and supporter of the Smart Seeds design thinking and innovation program which grows leadership capability and also collaborative relationships across the public and private sectors. She’s also involved in group and individual mentoring and coaching. She regularly speaks, facilitates and chairs events across a range of areas of interest.
