Asheley has a DBA and carries out research into micro credential models that support measurement of individual and business enterprise skills capabilities required across industries. She has completed grants for Google, The Professional Accounting Bodies and the Victorian State Government on best practice education models to upskill employees to meet the future skill required for the 21st century.
