Resilience as your best attribute
Practicing resilience allows you to access that attribute when you most need it. It can be learned and is useful in various way throughout your life, not just in a time of crisis. Resilience is that art of dealing with what is happening in your life, and it is a skill that can be taught. This content will offer three ways in which you can practice resilience and make it your greatest attribute.

Systems creating consistency
The idea of systems can seem boring to most, and certainly there is a lack of understanding of the use and benefit to having systems as a small business, or sole operator. If you want to grow as an entrepreneur, this talk will offer an insight into the difference between a “system” and a process, how to create procedures, and why a program or app is not a “system”.

Risk as Your Friend
Risk is a symptom of living. When it comes to business, many women are not taught to see risk as a part of business, that it can also create opportunity, and that it can be managed or mitigated. This content will discuss the difference between risk and fear, and how to break risk down into something manageable, measurable, and meaningful.
