About me

I am an international speaker, MC, podcast host and communication skills trainer based in Melbourne, Australia.

Many high performing professionals are technically skilled, but often struggle to communicate themselves with confidence and clarity to clients, colleagues and other stakeholders. Having gone through my own journey from terrified public speaker to confident professional, in 2013 I left my career as an Architect to pursue more meaningful work. I started my business The C Method (https://thecmethod.com), to help professionals and leaders communicate more effectively in order to achieve career success.

Through my keynotes and workshops, I show audiences how they can also dramatically increase their influence, confidence and impact at work, through learning powerful communication techniques and building the courage to step outside their comfort zones.

From learning how to silence negative self-talk, clearly articulate your value and build professional presence, to engaging effectively with stakeholders, my aim is to leave the audience feeling inspired and ready to speak with confidence to achieve their desired outcomes.

“Christina brought an exciting energy that instantly engaged our audiences as soon as she came to the stage. Her tips and tricks were weaved into entertaining stories and audience feedback was extremely positive with many saying Christina’s advice would be very useful in their day to day office management.”

– Emily Potts, Corporate Events Manager, Belle Property Australasia

Keynote topics:
– How To Build Unshakeable Confidence
– Introduce Yourself with Impact
– Working Well With Others
– How to Speak Up & Have Presence at Work
– The Power of Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone

As an MC for your event, I bring energy, humour and the utmost respect for the audience. My goal is to help the audience feel engaged, energised, safe and supported, whilst helping the speakers feel like rock stars. I always use non-gendered language to address the audience, and I work with event organisers to ensure I fully understand the audience and their needs, as well as what the key objectives of the event are. Whether a 1 hour webinar or a multiple day conference, I would be thrilled to help make your event memorable!

“We found Christina to be uplifting, inspiring, bright and able to command the attention of the audience. She captivated the audience and their feedback was that she was the best MC we’ve had so far. The one thing we appreciated most about her was her genuine desire to make the event special for every single person in the room and her ability to make a formal awards ceremony fun and engaging. We can’t thank her enough!”

– Angela Gaetke, acting CEO, Urban Development Institute of Australia
