Her professional experience across a mix of backgrounds, including corporate, government, not-for-profit and agency was heavily based on strong communication, negotiation, analytical mindset, design thinking and business stakeholder management skills.
She has been facilitating and presenting for corporate audiences for more than a decade on a variety of engaging topics such as Agile transformation and behaviours, brand management and customer experience.
As well as mindfulness, self-development techniques, growth mindset, design thinking and female leadership in the digital industry.
Cynthia’s passion for helping people unleash their full potential has led her to become a Professional Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner and Mentor.
Furthermore, she proactively acts as OPTUS Talent Ambassador, Corporate Influencer, and Chair of the Australian not-for-profit organisation: SLAFF.
Over 10 years of facilitation and presenting for multiple corporate clients such as Optus, Coca-Cola Amatil, CityRail, Ferrero,Tourism Australia, NSW Government, Horticulture Australia Limited, Bupa, Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Apple, Microsoft, Intel, NewsLink and Fairfax.
