For the last 18 years, Jules has been teaching small business owners and entrepreneurs how to grow their sales and get the phone ringing by getting featured for free in the media.
She has owned and operated a number of small businesses herself and ran a PR agency specialising in small business clients, start-ups and entrepreneurs for well over a decade. She has worked in most disciplines in marketing, both in Australia and overseas, and loves to share her knowledge and experience with her customers.
Her PR SaaS platform and coaching programs have helped over a thousand small business owners to make millions of dollars’ worth of media exposure by running their own PR campaigns. Using her online boot camps, coaching and PR tools, Jules’ students have been on TV, radio and been featured in magazines and newspapers nationally. Many have gone on to huge success in their business.
Jules is also the host of She’s The Boss, a TV show on Ticker TV (tickertv.com.au) that focuses on women in business and female founders. Every week Jules interviews women about the amazing things they are achieving in business, as well as sharing some of the key things they have learned along the way. Jules is very passionate about helping women with starting their own businesses, and running them successfully.
Jules has a big personality and infectious enthusiasm which she uses to great effect when she speaks. She manages to simplify the whole process of PR to make it easy for people to get started straight away.
I have been speaking for many years now, normally around DIY PR. I have spoken at more than 100 small business networking and women in business events as well as being one of the the main speakers at bigger entrepreneurship and business events. My biggest audience so far has been about 300. I have also spoken for councils in regional areas as well as metro. I run events myself in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
