Katrina Brittingham is an Executive and Career Transition Coach, author, public speaker as well as a radio and TV personality. She serves as Founder & CEO of VentureReady, LLC, with a mandate of helping clients develop personally and professionally. Her career services firm provides clients with executive coaching, team engagement strategies, career coaching, and 360 assessments. She is the owner of Venture Ready Broadcasting an online radio and tv network.
She is the author of “Create an Interview Winning Resume” and “The Complete Interview Readiness Guide: Build Confidence…Electrify the Room…Get Hired!” and is featured in “Modernize your Resume Get Noticed…Get Hired”. Katrina frequently appears as a career expert on radio shows and has conducted workshops & training for the International Association of Women (IAW) and the National Society for Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA). She volunteers as an academic advisor and career coach with her Alma Mater the University of Phoenix.
In addition to the experience above, Katrina has almost two decades of experience in the field of health insurance, internal and external auditing, accounting, medical claims processing, process improvement, change management, and operations compliance.
Katrina earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy degree from Rosemont College and the University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and a Job & Career Development Coach (JCDC), Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC), as well as a certified Business Development and Marketing (BDM) coach.
