
Luisa has a passion for leadership, change, community, team resilience and mindset and is lucky enough to combine her passions through her work in her practice Vermelho. She has lived and worked in multiple countries and her management and executive experience has meant she has overseen all aspects of strategy and operations in a variety of enterprise and not-for-profit settings.
Over the last decade, she has led multiple business process reviews, restructures and change projects in a number of organisations. She has worked in various roles, from State and National Manager to Chief Executive Officer, and has an affinity for developing people and businesses to their highest potential.
Luisa has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and Development Studies (Humanities), a Master of Business Administration and is a certified Change and Resilience Practitioner. She has also completed a Specialised Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Luisa is an Associate Coach with the Integrative Wellness Coaching Association and believes her greatest achievements have been born in her passion for fitness and healthy living, having competed in multiple marathons and ultra-marathons.
She has presented at conferences in Australia and overseas, has consulted on offshore projects in Cambodia, has volunteered on three not-for-profit Boards and combines her wealth of business experience with her passionate enthusiasm for change and resilience in her work every day.
