Mark has lived on the largest garbage dump in Asia, eaten rat with hill tribes in the Golden Triangle (it would have been rude to refuse), and smuggled pro-democracy literature into communist dictatorships. He is also a consultant and strategist, and has advised companies in Australia and internationally on data management, data strategy and data governance.
Mark is an international speaker, futurist, and specialist in the future of data management, machine learning and artificial intelligence. In his younger years, he volunteered in some of the biggest and neediest slums in the world. With 30 more years to reflect on the causes and solutions to global poverty and world hunger, Mark brings a refreshing and uplifting perspective to the work that we do as business owners every day.
Mark’s message of hope and dignity has touched and encouraged audiences in Australia and internationally.
