As an experienced D&I lead, I am always looking for innovative ideas and effective strategies to move the agenda forward. Megumi really impressed me as she hit upon a largely neglected and untapped area of crucial talent. Not only that, she is a clear communicator, value driven – so has her customers growth at the heart of her business – and bases her approaches on social research, so is evidence led. Quietly Powerful Leadership is a great example of tackling the complexity and intersectional nature of an incredibly challenging field. I have worked with her most recently as a guest speaker in the first inclusion conference put on by my current organisation, and she was considered the most popular talk amongst a prestigious group of thought leaders, so that showed the quality of her work and listening skills. I highly recommend her as a person to work with and for any business looking to unlock untapped diverse talent.
