I have been fortunate to be both in the audience of a keynote given by Sarah and also part of an Emotional Intelligence workshop. Both times I found Sarah incredibly engaging and highly knowledgeable. Sarah has a very personable nature which endears people to her, and she is also very giving of her time – an example being after a workshop I spoke to her about a personal issue and she was able to guide me through an approach which ended in a positive outcome. Sarah is a leader in the field of human centred leadership and can facilitate various exercises and activities to help individuals and groups grow their capabilities.
