Teya Skae is a registered kinesiologist, nutritionist, Advanced Buteyko Instructor, Optimal Energy & Performance coach, and a published author. Being a competitive athlete for many years, Teya has experienced burnout and the multiple symptoms that result from pushing oneself at the highest level of performance. Teya offers her clients results-based outcomes to assist recovery from symptoms that have not responded to conventional treatments.
As a lecturer at a government accredited college for a number of years, Teya taught the subjects “Fears, Phobias & Addictions” and “Holistic Kinesiology”.
After her time at the college, Teya moved on to create her own courses, facilitate corporate wellness seminars in the business sector, authored books, and speaks at conferences on topics such as: “Nutrition for Stress Management”, “How to Retrain the Brain”, and “Balancing Adrenal Exhaustion”.
In addition, Teya wrote the monthly ‘Healthwatch’ column for Nova Magazine for several years. Her articles have been published worldwide because Teya has established a reputation for making complex information practical and accessible.
In her clinical experience, Teya has demonstrated proven results, with her greatest successes being in the areas of corporate burnout, chronic fatigue, and addictions. She has also assisted clients to overcome numerous ailments, including:
