Veronica Matthews is an accomplished and certified Coach, HR Consultant, Public Speaker and Workshop Leader. She is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland and a cum laude graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, concentrated in Human Resources. She has amassed a 25-year career in Human Resources thriving as a skilled leader capable of building successful HR departments in and out of the government contracting space.
A lifelong learner, Ms. Matthews discovered Coaching was her purpose through her first coaching certification program in 2015. Thereafter, she began fulfilling her purpose and ventured outside of the workplace to successfully coach her clients to create lives they love and fulfilling their greatest potential. As the owner of VLM Coaching & Consulting Services, she provides coaching support and serves small businesses in need of quality, full-scale HR support to build and grow their organizations.
