I’m a Counsellor & Psychotherapist for Women, and have been in private practice for almost 5 years (www.mindmomentum.com.au)
My other work experience lies in HR management, working in a drug & alcohol rehabilitation program, occupational rehabilitation and people focussed-roles in the corporate world.
I have a degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Social Science (Addiction Studies), and a Diploma of Professional Counselling.
After running several talks and workshops through my private practice, and being invited to be a speaker with Mirvac Retail last year, for Mums across Australia – I’d love to continue to support women, by providing knowledge, insight, anecdotes and empowerment towards strengthening their overall wellbeing and mental health.
Keynote topics: How to be a Calmer & Happier Mum, From Surviving to Thriving in Motherhood, How to do Motherhood without Losing Your Mind (or Identity).
In the crazy-busy, non-stop day and age we’re in, women need a greater understanding of how they can become calmer & happier beings!
